When you agree to the service agreement such as the Figmorph Terms of Service, or when you use our products or related services, it means that you have fully understood and agreed to all the contents of this policy (including updated versions).
The scope of information we collect mainly includes:
（1） In order to comply with legal requirements and provide you with more personalized and convenient services, we need to identify your identity. For example, when you register an account, you may need to provide us with some personal/business information, including but not limited to your name/business name, identification/business registration number, registered address, home address, phone number and email address, biometric information, and related additional information (such as your province and city, postal code, etc.).
（2） Authorize third-party accounts to log in and use Figmorph products or related services: Third party accounts that can log in and use Figmorph products or related services include Figma accounts, Google accounts, and other accounts that may be added later. In order for such third-party accounts to log in and use Figmorph products or related services, you need to provide your third-party account/nickname, account password, and upload your third-party account avatar (if any). The aforementioned third-party accounts are provided by parties other than Figmorph software. When registering for such third-party accounts, you need to fully comply with the relevant requirements of the account provider (such as if the account you authorize to log in, use Figmorph products or related services is a Google account, then the account provider is Google, and so on). The collection, use, sharing, transfer, and all other actions of the third-party account provider regarding your personal information (including sensitive personal information) are subject to the privacy protection policy of the third-party account provider. You authorize the third-party account to log in and use Figmorph The product or related service is deemed as your agreement to the privacy protection policy of the third-party account provider, and you agree to the third-party's collection, use, sharing, transfer, and all other behaviors of your personal information (including sensitive personal information) in accordance with its privacy protection policy.
（1） To ensure the security of your information, we will strive to take various reasonable physical, electronic, and management security measures to protect your information, striving to prevent it from being leaked, damaged, or lost. But we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your account.
（2） These information are only used for logging in, using Figmorph products or related services, and will not be used for any other purposes. We promise to protect user privacy and will not share this information with third parties.
In addition, Figmorph products do not collect or store any personal data. All content data copied by Figmorph products is retained on your local device. You are responsible for managing and protecting this local data.
（3） If you upgrade to Figmorph Pro version for more services through payment, we will not obtain any personal data as payment is made by our payment service provider Stripe. Stripe will collect your name, address, and credit card information to manage your payments.
As the collection of your information is for the purpose of complying with national laws and regulations and providing you with services or improving service quality, in order to achieve this goal, we will use your information for the following purposes:
（1） To provide you with Figmorph products or services, and to maintain and improve these services.
（2） Compare the accuracy of information and verify it with third parties. For example, verify the identity information you submitted to Figmorph with the authentication service provider.
（3） Prevent or prohibit illegal activities.
（4） Fulfill our obligations and exercise our rights in the Figmorph Terms of Service or this policy.
（5） Other uses authorized by you.
Although Figmorph products do not collect personal data, we recommend that users take appropriate measures to protect their devices and responsibly manage their local content data copied by Figmorph products.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If there are any significant changes, we will notify users by posting new policies on this page.
